All members of the Yonda team worked on the delivery of a 4 year refurbishment programe, completing over 200,000 sq ft of high quality retail fit out , managing cost and programme whilst maintaining retail sales area and minimising impact on trading.
Brent Cross included the PM of a 20,000 sq ft warehouse extension at roof level and the CAT A construction and CAT B fit out of 10,000 sq ft of office space.
Project Management role included liaison and co-ordination of concession fit outs from multiple international clothing and cosmetic brand.
