Organisational Change – Agile Working
Working with an international financial house Yonda undertook a strategic workplace review and employee engagement package to identify shortcomings in their existing work practices and built environment.
Designs were developed for alternative work setting creating an agile environment which improved occupational density, communication and productivity.
The pilot scheme was rolled out across the UK and European offices.
