Project Management for the front of house interior fit out of the 5 star Four Seasons hotel at 10 Trinity Square.
Scope included the soft fit of reception lobby, front of house areas, stair cores, ball rooms and WC’s.
Contracting into Aura Consulting the role involved liaison with RIUK, Four Seasons and all professional teams to deliver a quality solution within the demanding constraints of an occupied, luxury hotel and a Grade 2 listed building fabric.
